Welcome to
Spring Grove, MN!

Perhaps autumn is the most beautiful time of year to visit our picturesque city. Nestled in the southeast corner of Minnesota, we are surrounded by nature’s bounty, and we welcome you to enjoy the tranquility and pastoral views of this area, where our Norwegian ancestors humbly settled so long ago.

With an occasional sprinkle of the Norwegian language still overheard on the street, and celebration steeped in tradition, we’re sure you’ll find our fair city a delight to the senses any time of year! We have a great line-up of autumn events planned and welcome you to join us for plenty of food, fellowship and FUN!

Thank you!
Some of you may be wondering why a small town festival, like Uff Da Fest, is important (especially when the weather is uncooperative). We believe small town festivals are the story of American life and culture. They celebrate community and the joy of volunteering. They remind us that the best things in life aren't things, but moments that lift our spirits: the beauty of an autumn day, a slice of apple pie, racing a soap box derby car, enjoying harvest bounty, running into an old friend, playing games, learning to tie knots like the Vikings...
Spring Grove is a community that lives simply, gives generously and cares deeply. Thank you to everyone who organized, sponsored, promoted, participated, and ENJOYED Uff Da Fest 2009. The best is yet to come!
